StageRight responded to Eaton Middle School’s need for a custom acoustical shell enclosure that included flown ceilings with side and rear portable acoustical towers. The unique requirement requested by Eaton Middle School was that the towers needed to be 16’ tall, yet able to move through a 10’ doorway. StageRight responded by designing the Sonata Shell Tower which is 16’ tall by 5’ wide and folds down to 9’-6” high for easy transport through the 10’ door to the storage area. The towers feature a precision engineered gas spring assisted hinge mechanism that allows one person to easily fold the tower in half for easy storage.
